Gentle Yoga: Suitable for all – a slow & mindful class focusing on alignment, stretching and flexibility. Good for those looking to build a strong understanding of postures.
Yoga Flow: Suitable for those with some experience – focusing on core strength and flexibility. Good for those who are looking for some strength in their practice.
Aerial Yoga: Yoga supported in a swing. Suitable for all levels. Deep stretching, supported inversions and killer core work.
Hatha Flow: A slower paced class focusing on the basics of alignment and breath. More of a focus on stretching, strengthening and relaxation.
Dynamic Flow: A flowing, energising practice for those with some yoga experience. Good for those looking to build heat & energy in their practice.
Yin Yang: Suitable for all – a deeply relaxing and stretching class, postures are held for longer periods of time to allow release of fascia. Good for those who have chronic stiffness in hips, shoulders or lower back.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
As we move into the winter we need to adjust to the colder temperatures and less daylight. Often this can disrupt our sleeping patterns and lead to irritability and higher levels of stress, which in itself can then further disrupt our sleeping and a cycle of sleeplessness begins.
In this 2 hour Yin & Yoga Nidra workshop we will focus on soothing, grounding and restorative postures to help turn off the overdrive switch. The long, supported holds in Yin yoga can help the body and mind to relax and release tension mentally, emotionally and physically.
Yin yoga creates a gentle traction and compression that helps to flush out toxins and lubricate joints while releasing tension from the surrounding connective tissues.
Following the grounding practice we’ll finish with yoga nidra, or yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a state of conscious deep sleep. During meditation, you remain in the waking state of consciousness and gently focus the mind, allowing thought patterns, emotions, sensations, and images to arise and go on.
In Yoga Nidra, you leave the waking state, go past the dreaming state, and go to deep sleep, while remaining awake.
Yoga Nidra brings an incredible calmness, quietness and clarity. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental process to a state of supreme stillness and insight.
No mediation experience is required. This workshop is open to all levels. Please wear comfortable clothes and you are welcome to bring additional blankets and warm clothing for the yoga nidra.
