Wondering what a SUP Yoga class is like? Here’s a video from an event we did with Secret London in Summer 2016.


Ready to try one of the fastest growing types of yoga anywhere? SUP Yoga, or Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, may be just your thing. Classes are offered weekly at Paddington Basin and occasionally at Kew Bridge or other places around London. Weekly classes at Paddington take place:

Every second Saturday mornings 10.00-11.15am & Sunday afternoons at 3pm. Other class times and locations are available on request. Classes are £30 for one or £135 for 5 (can be used as a group booking).
We also offer Yoga and Paddleboarding trips – a SUP Yoga session followed by a paddle of the canal up to Little Venice. It’s a fantastic way to spend a summer afternoon or evening and see the city in a whole different light! Trips last 2.5 hours and are £61 per person and include all equipment. No paddle boarding or yoga experience is necessary but do let me know when booking if you are not confident in the water.
