Yoga & Hiking – A Perfect Match
Yoga & hiking make the perfect combination for a great day out – no matter what time of year. In the winter with the brisk temperatures, we keep warm with a moving meditation and include a special treat at the end bound to warm from the inside out. In the summer, we spend more time taking advantage of the nice weather and have a playful class outside.
Our trips are carefully planned to take in beautiful scenery, a bit of history and an unique treat for each of them. You can come on your own or with friends – group sizes are kept to a manageable amount so you can socialise with others or have some quiet time to yourself.
Each day trip offers something a bit different but there are perennial favourites, like the Seven Sisters and Box Hill. All hikes are suitable for people with a general level of fitness but get in touch if you’re concerned about the length or difficulty before booking. Hikes can be done with trainers, no hiking boots necessary. Yoga mats are nice, but a towel or scarf can also double up as a mat.
